Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays.
Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days, depending on your location and carrier operations.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may initially show “Parcel Data Received” or “Label Created.” This is normal and means your order has been prepared and is awaiting its first carrier scan.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to refresh after shipment.
